FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid:
MyDronePlanet.com covers the cost of shipping; however, the buyer assumes responsibility for the goods once they leave the point of origin.

Domestic Shipping:
We deliver to all U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Free Ground Shipping Over $599:
Orders over $599 qualify for free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. (This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping through trusted logistics partners to ensure competitive rates. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. For specific rate inquiries, please contact us directly.

Refused Deliveries:
If an order is refused at delivery, the customer will be charged for the actual shipping costs incurred by MyDronePlanet.com. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the actual shipping charges. This deduction applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping. (Exceptions are made for shipments visibly damaged during transit.)

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will incur additional shipping fees. A refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost, even if the order initially qualified for free shipping. Reshipping requests will also be subject to new shipping charges.

Shipping Schedule:
Shipping times exclude the day the order is placed. Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders verified before 3 PM EST ship the same business day; orders placed after 3 PM EST ship the next business day. “2-Day” and “Standard Overnight” refer to business days only.
Delays caused by events outside of MyDronePlanet.com’s control—such as natural disasters, strikes, or system disruptions—are not covered under our standard delivery times. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel shipping promotions if technical or security issues affect normal operations.
